CrossfieldCommunications is a coaching, consultancy, and copywriting business which helps business leaders and clients succeed through a focus on driving clarity of vision (clear outcomes and goals), commitment to key objectives, and enabling new capabilities to achieve best and sustainable outcomes within change projects. During my full-time career, I held roles in communications, change and business transformation before becoming a consultant. In 2004, I set up my own company CrossfieldCommunications Limited, providing change communications and business/digital transformation services to FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies. I am a qualified Executive Coach and offer a number of copywriting services alongside an award-winning journalist.
